Just cooking...for 80 people

It was a long day, full of cooking, conversation and cooking. It was an italian- day, we had Lasagne, Tiramisu and Tomatoes with Mozzerella.
And many more. A salad made with "Kichererbsen" was cooked without recipe, only from my mind, and it was wondeful. It is just one piece from all we made today, but i think it is nice to write it down here.

For 80 little portions cook 500g of dry chick peas, let they become cold. Cut 4 Onions in cubes, rasp some carrots, maybe 8, and roast it in oliveoil. Next spice it with coriander, curry and some fresh ginger. Some salt and pepper make it nice. Than some light balsamico-vinegar and cream to get a dressing. Mix it with the chick peas and enjoy it!
